Try this mint and coriander chutney and you’ll never need another recipe! Use it as a dip, in raitas, as a spread for sandwiches, or for making rice pilaf, it all tastes great.

Recipe
Makes 100 ml
Total time- 5 mins
Mint leaves- 1/2 cup
Coriander- 1/3 cup
Green chilli- 1
ginger- 1/2 inch
Garlic- 3 cloves
shallots, chopped- 2 tablespoons
lemon juice- 1 tablespoon
Yogurt- 1 tablespoon
Salt
Cumin powder- a pinch
Garam masala- a pinch
Dry mango powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Blend together the mint coriander, green chilli, a pinch of salt, ginger, garlic and shallots with a tablespoon of yogurt. Once it becomes a smooth paste, transfer it to a bowl, add in the lemon juice, cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, another tablespoon of yogurt and mix well. Check seasoning, add in more salt if needed.
